Flexible Schedule & Competitive Pay
Junk Professionals operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Typical shifts run up to 10–12 hours, which means most team members work only 2–3 shifts per week. While the days can be long, this setup gives you multiple days off—perfect if you’re studying, working another job, or simply want more personal time.
We do our best to accommodate schedule requests, and time-off approvals are usually granted with at least two weeks’ notice. We ask that team members are available for at least two weekdays and most Saturdays.
This role is a great fit for college students, and we’re happy to work around class schedules.
All team members start with competitive hourly pay, and performance-based raises are offered as you grow with the company.

At Junk Professionals, we believe great work comes from clear expectations. Over the years, we’ve built proven systems, checklists, and step-by-step processes for every part of the job. From day one, you’re trained using our Operations Manual so you know exactly how to perform each task the right way.
Throughout the day, you’ll follow clear procedures and checklists that remove guesswork and help you stay on track. Most team members appreciate knowing exactly what’s expected of them, being properly trained, and working in an environment where accountability and standards matter.
