We price by volume. What you pay comes down to how much space your items take up in the truck, so a few boxes cost far less than a garage full of furniture.
You can get a rough range over the phone. Your firm price comes when we arrive and see the load, which is the only way to quote it accurately, whether it is a full house cleanout or a single fridge.
Labour and tax are already in that number. Nothing is added at the end.

Heavy Material Pricing

Demolition Pricing
Demolition is priced on the truck space the debris fills, plus the labour to take the structure apart.
- Book a visit so we can see the job. We cannot price a demolition sight unseen.
- Our crew inspects it and hands you a firm written estimate. There is no charge for the estimate.
- Nothing starts until you approve that number, and there is no pressure either way.
- The figure on the estimate is the figure you pay at the end. No overcharges, no hidden costs.
Environmental Fees
A handful of items carry a disposal charge set by the recycling facility. These are the only extras, and they are quoted with the job.

Good to Know Before You Book
Discounts
- 10% off when the load is easy to reach, such as a driveway, garage or curbside.
- 10% off the overall price when you mix general junk with a heavy load.
- Lowest price guarantee. Show us a written quote from a licensed, insured company and we will beat it.
Labour and Heavy Items
- Every full truck load includes 90 minutes of labour. Beyond that it is $125 per hour for a two-person crew.
- Hot tub and piano pricing starts at $299 plus tax.
- Very heavy material occasionally needs extra labour on top of the heavy-material rate. Either way you get one all-in number up front, and you are free to say no.
Scheduling
- Same-day service covers one full truck load per booking. Multi-load cleanouts need more notice.
- Some demolition and larger cleanout jobs need a follow-up visit, so same-day is not guaranteed on those.
