Piano Removal Markham

Piano Pickup, Removal & Donation in Markham

Heritage houses near Main Street Markham, finished basements in Unionville and newer townhouses in Cornell and Berczy Village all end up with pianos that nobody plays anymore. Basement stairs, hallway turns and narrow porches make these jobs harder than they look, and a piano cannot be left out for regular garbage pickup.

Junk Professionals is fully trained and uniformed, and the crew moves pianos of every size across Southern Ontario. Many Markham pianos can leave the same day we provide the quote. If you live in a condo off Highway 7 or a townhouse in Milliken, tell us about the building so we can plan the elevator and hallway route. Call 289-212-0002 for a free quote and we will handle the heavy lifting.

Good preparation makes the day smoother. Clear the path from the piano to the door, measure any tight turns if you can, and let us know about parking on your street or in your complex, since many Markham subdivisions have limited visitor spots. If the piano sits on a second floor or in a loft, say so on the call so the crew arrives ready.

How Our Piano Removal Process Works in Markham?

Moving a Markham piano comes down to five simple stages.

Describe. Call 289-212-0002 or book online. Share the piano type and the route out, whether that is a staircase in Unionville, a single step at the door or a long driveway. The free, no-obligation quote is based on type, size and condition.

Schedule. After you approve the price we pick a time together. Same-day or next-day pickup is offered in Markham and across the GTA where possible.

Carry. The crew arrives on time with lifting gear, covers the route and moves the piano out with attention to floors, railings and door frames.

Rehome. Where possible, a piano in good condition goes to a local charity or school. One past repair is recycled where possible or otherwise disposed of responsibly.

Close out. We tidy the area before leaving, and you pay by cash, card or check.

What Do We Do With Your Old Piano

What We Do In Markham?

Plenty of Markham families would rather hear a piano played again than see it scrapped, especially when a child learned on it in a Unionville living room or it came with the house years ago. Where possible, Junk Professionals looks for a charity or school that can use a piano in good shape. If the instrument is too worn, it is recycled or repurposed where possible.

When you call or fill in the online form, share the make, the age and the condition, and we will talk through the options with you.

A piano that cannot be rehomed still does not have to end up in a landfill, because the metal, wood and felt can often be recycled.
